Endurance Meal Plans

If you are an endurance athlete (e.g. footballer, soccer player, hockey player, and endurance runner) or are planning to participate in an endurance sports event (e.g. marathon, triathlon competition, hockey or soccer etc), this meal plan is for you. Our endurance diet is tailored to your goals, taking into consideration your life style as well. This package includes a meal plan for three days only as well as a complete instruction on how to do carbohydrate loading before the event. The basis of our endurance diet is acidic and alkaline foods.

To get your endurance, just fill up our nutritional assessment form and submit it along with the payment. Your endurance meal plan will be sent to you within 3 business days after receiving your order either by email or regular mail, whichever you choose.
